To be on their next demo:
Anticipating the release.
INQUISITION took US Black Metal to a new precedent with their 1998 Opus “Into the Infernal Legions of the Ancient Cult”. Ever since they have been at the forefront of Black Metal worldwide and their 5th critically acclaimed full length “Ominous Doctrines of the Perpetual Mystical Macrocosm” has further cemented their legacy as one of the most uncompromising and eminent acts of the genres history.
After extensive world touring, June 6th will mark their very first appearance on NZ soil.
INQUISITION’S signature sound is best described as an amalgamation of ritualistic, contemplative and majestic riffing, folkish lead melodies combined with pummelling and chaotic Black Metal.
Support for this horde comes from VASSAFOR, ANNO DOMINI MORTUS and WINTER DELUGE hailed as some of the most prominent and respected Black Metal acts in NZ.

Looking forward to this EP.
It’s going to devastate.
Over 22 minutes of uncompromising devastation from these New Zealand barbarians. This release will crush the weak and watered
down underground of degenerate, drunk, “metalhead”, cartoon-goat worshipping scum with nothing to offer other than what was done before them. This will set the bar for all to follow. The face of militant, elitist chaos.

With support from Exordium Mors and it’s the first show for Heresiarch, will be something a little different on the night.
Good to see a few more bands from across the ditch coming over, makes things here a lot less stale. Especially good bands.
Tickets will be avaliable from Real Groovy for $20 + booking fee, definitely not bad for an overseas band and 2 great New Zealand ones.
No excuses not to go, just be there.
Definitely not going for Bane of Isildur, but each to their own. No idea why they chose to put “War Metal” in to their description of the band…
But have seen Order Of Orias in Wellington and they were definitely worth it, Exordium Mors will be good too.
The gig opens 9.30 but I’m pretty sure the first band isn’t starting till 11pm. $15 at the door – Saturday the 29th of January.
The gig is pretty soon, Exordium Mors and Winter Deluge, should be a good night!
At the Kings Arms too, a much better venue than some.
Attend!
There’s also a live video up on youtube:
Thanks to The Tenth Circle and Krysten Jade for their photos!
Labour weekend Sunday!
I’ve luckily seen all 3 bands and can definitely say they all put on a great live show. Well worth going to!
Don’t miss it, support New Zealand Black Metal!
BURNING ZEAL
25th November AL’S BAR, Christchurch
26th November, BAR MEDUSA, WellingtonInternecion Productions presents Australia’s SANGUINARY MISANTHROPIA and ORDER OF ORIAS in their first invasion upon the denizen of New Zealand.
Both these Satanic Black Metal hordes exude a fearsome presence and perform with and unholy passion that often transcends the wholly causal, mundane realm unto the synchronistic ritual spaces-in-between… BLOOD OF THE MOON will offer reinforcements with their vicious attack of heathen pride and hatred.
BURNING ZEAL is the fervour of the Diabolic Gnostic adherents towards the entropic and numinous Black Fires within… It is the scourging of the subhumans in the holocaustic fires of death. Audi sona! Unto the greater glory of the Devil!
If the last gig from Internecion is anything to go by, be prepared for a good night. Great to have some Australian Black Metal coming here to little old New Zealand!
Looking forward to it.
Don’t forget Mayhem next tuesday (the 21st) either.
